On the 17th-18th of December, an online training session was carried out by EU CoE Project 65 – “Strengthening chemical and biological waste management in Central Asian countries for improved security and safety risk mitigation”

The Center’s expert Marat Sadykov participated in two days (17-18 December) online training session run by EU CoE Project 65 “Strengthening chemical and biological waste management in Central Asia countries for improved security and safety risk mitigation”. The training was successfully completed.  This was second training session of the project. The first one was one year ago. The pandemic situation in the world put many obstacles for running training activities according to project schedule. Despite of the all obstacles project specialists found the way to continue training modules by using online communication platforms.  More than 20 biology and chemist laboratory specialists from all country regions received updated information about waste management during the current pandemic, some theoretical and practical knowledge for sanitary procedures and usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) for laboratory workers.
