Center for Nonproliferation and Export Control experts are taking part in a training-seminar in Cholpon-Ata town.
Today, September 18, 2019, experts from the Center for Non-Proliferation and Export Control are participating in a training seminar on methodology and structures in order to develop an alternative report on the fulfillment of Kyrgyzstan’s obligations under the National Action Plan for the Building of an Open Government for 2018-2020.
The purpose of the training seminar is to discuss the potential of civil society organizations in monitoring the implementation of the Open Government National Action Plan, including the familiarization of participants with the modern monitoring practice of such plans, assessment and training in the context of approaches to the preparation of alternative reports.
The Center’s experts took an active part in the discussions and developed relevant proposals.
