Uran Akhmetov, has represented the Center in the Arms export control review event that was held from 18 to 21 June 2019 in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
Representatives of the state authorities of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Serbia and the Kyrgyz Republic, international organizations and the expert community attended the event.
During the meeting, the participants of the event presented information on national arms export control systems discussed common challenges and prospects in this area. The representative of the Centre presented information on the status of national legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of arms control.
The event was organized by the German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control and the European Union project.
